Craft Services is a husband and wife team of Neil and Chris Chaddock building a range of professionally built front loading kilns for the discerning potter, equally suitable for the home, education, busy studio, or production pottery. Designed and evolved by Neil who has over 40 years experience in building kilns, and industrial ovens and furnaces, for a wide range of products and applications.

 A range of controllers and accessories are available which can be supplied and installed with the kiln, and are also available for fitting to existing kilns. This includes kiln programmers, simple controllers, thermocouples, automatic dampers, and everything that may be needed to make a repair, or upgrade a kiln can be supplied.

 Elements for virtually any type of kiln can be supplied made to order usually within 24 hours, and a very wide range of specifications are available “off the shelf”. But any element for any kiln or application can be replicated.

 Basic brickwork and insulation can be ordered “off the shelf” together with brickwork cut and shaped for whatever purpose whether for the repair of an existing kiln, or for those who may wish to build their own kiln. Advise is freely available to all.

 On-site serviceing and repairs to kilns of any manufacture is readily available, with local colleagues at your service in some areas.
